We are unique among Education Law firms because many of our members are trained and experienced in both law and education. Co-founder Jennifer Fant worked for many years as a Special Education teacher and Autism Specialist before obtaining her law degree and c0-founding HLG. Dr. Diane Clark served as the Director of Special Education for many years for a large Orange County school district and is a Licensed Educational Psychologist. Dan Harbottle holds a PhD in Education and other members of the HLG team have experience as teachers, ABA behavior aides and other such positions giving insight into how school districts operate.
